Syrian Recipes from Home book release

We at the Pan Valley Institute felt it was important to give Nour the opportunity to tell her story because, while it is unique to her, her story is also one of countless refugees. Nour is not an activist or politician – she was part of a large, close-knit Syrian family who was simply living her life when a war completely disrupted it. Yet in the face of heart-breaking loss, she has been a pillar of strength and shown an impressive determination to make the best of her situation for the benefit of her family.
