Vickie Fouts Rest in Peace

With heavy hearts, we share the news of the passing of Vickie Fouts, a devoted local activist and former Pan Valley Institute Program Committee member. Vickie was a passionate advocate for justice, participating in demonstrations supporting freedom and democracy, and speaking out against wars and power abuses. While serving as a community member, she was not afraid to call things out and would say, “I just can’t help but be a troublemaker or a clog in the wheel.” Her commitment, impactful presence, and voice will be deeply missed.
